Cancellations and Refunds
We will act upon your service request as soon as we receive it. Should You thereafter wish to cancel the service, You may incur a service fee. Whilst we surely hope not, but We may need to cancel the User’s appointment in any of the circumstances below:
- in the event of the Professional being unavailable at the relevant time;
- in the event the service sought for is not provided in the area where it is sought; or the said service has been discontinued without information or intimation to Us;
- if the professional refuses to offer services for reasons not attributable to Us;
- Inability to proceed/complete the task due to lack of information, direction or authorization from You;
- Inability to complete the task due to reasons beyond Our control.
- Any other reasons, that is beyond our reasonable control and exercise.
Refunds may be provided only when the services have been pre-paid and when We cancel your service request for any of the reasons stated in the cancellation policy. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to Your account within 5 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the partner payment merchant and/or associated bank.
